Early this month, it was announced that SF9’s ZuHo would be starring in an upcoming BL titled “Star Struck”. The series is set to tell the love story between two best friends Jo YooJae and Seo HaJun who have been together since middle school. While the series was yet another welcomed addition to the long list of K-Drama BLs that have been released this year already, fans were notably shocked by ZuHo’s inclusion in the cast lineup. While many were pleased and excited to see their favorite idol star in this genre, some were not so pleased with the news and in turn, left some negative and homophobic comments on social media. Not willing to keep quiet about this shocking and troubling development, the singer took on social media to voice his thoughts on the issue and true to ZuHo’s form, it was a very thoughtful, kind, and mature statement. One that tugs at our hearts and makes it beat even fonder for him. Watch the beautiful video below.
